Rust & Rails - Wrong Isekai
ongoing serial
A LitRPG about rebuilding civilization with an engineer's knowledge, a dead world's scrap, and absolutely no combat ability. Post-apocalyptic Anatolia, 2197. After months of research, metallurgical engineer Orhun finally manages to contact the God of Isekai. Also known as Truck-kun. Unfortunately, all the good fantasy worlds are taken. So Orhun gets Anatolia—a century after nuclear war shattered civilization into isolated settlements, rival factions, and whatever technology humanity has managed to keep alive with scrap and stubbornness. His mission? Rebuild civilization. Sadly, he arrives with no money, no workshop, no army, and almost no ability to fight. What he does have is GRACE (a smartwatch,) and one particularly unpleasant realization: everything is rusting. The rails. The boilers. The tools. The machines. Orhun knows how to fix them. He also knows that most of the industry required to do it no longer exists. Knowing the answer is easy. Building it is going to take money, tools, allies, and a lot of work. ~What to Expect~ ● Slow-burn progression and civilization building ● Adventure, exploration, and character relationships ● Practical metallurgy, engineering, crafting, and infrastructure ● Politics, trade, factions, and increasingly ambitious projects Knowing how to build it doesn't mean you can.
